St Beuno`s
St Beuno`s Church - ClynNog Fawr
Situated on the Llŷn Peninsula near Caernarfon, St Beuno`s, with its perpendicular architecture, is perhaps Wales` finest ecclesiastical example from the Tudor period. Mostly dating from the 15th & early 16th Centuries, it was an important stopping place for Pilgrims heading for Bardsey Island.
“Clynnog” means “the place of the holly trees”
